Thank you for your leadership on environmental issues and for adding your name to the Climate and Nature (CAN) Bill EDM. Your support means a great deal to me and to many others in our community.
For a matter so crucial to our health, economy, and long-term prosperity, the four hours of parliamentary debate in January simply fell short.
We are facing the most pressing global challenge of our generation, yet we still lack a joined-up strategy to confront it. That is why I am so grateful for your decision to support the call for continued debate on the CAN Bill.
It is vital that the Government sees there is strong backing for coordinated action on climate change and nature loss. Keeping the CAN Bill on the parliamentary agenda is essential.
