I’m emailing you as a supporter of Zero Hour to ask if you will join fellow MPs and add your name to the ‘Climate and Nature Bill’ EDM, number 1184.
On 24 January, the Bill began its second reading in Parliament, but given how critical this issue is to our health, economy, and future prosperity, four hours of debate simply isn’t enough. We are facing one of the most urgent long-term global challenges of our generation, yet we still lack a joined-up legislative framework to meet it.
You and your colleagues deserve the opportunity to fully debate this existential issue. Like many in our community, I am concerned that the CAN Bill could be sidelined and delayed until its too late.
