I am writing as a constituent who is concerned about the UK's lack of science-led legislation on the climate and nature crisis.

As you will be aware, the Climate and Nature Bill has its Second Reading on Friday. Please can you let me know if you will be present in Westminster for this historic debate?

I understand that far right, anti net zero climate deniers are keen to talk the Bill out—which in the week of Trump's inauguration would be a disastrous loss for the environmental movement. I would be very grateful if you could be there and request to speak in favour of the Bill progressing—to give parliamentary time to the most important issue that humanity faces today.
