This Friday, Parliament will debate the landmark Climate and Nature Bill at its Second Reading. I understand that you are a member of the Government so may not feel you can vote in favour of this Private Member's Bill.

However, please could you ask your colleagues to make sure that it is a free vote on Friday? I think that it's essential to give time to discuss the environmental crisis (the most urgent issue of our times) in Parliament—it is a matter of principle. Can you help make sure that the CAN is allowed to proceed to give it a fair hearing?
